Embracing,
caressing and yearning….
Hugs are
amazing …
They’re
energizing…
Have you ever
had one…?
It’s like a
clear day coming into your soul and lighting you inside.
It’s like a
hot bath that relaxes you
as the warmth
of the water embraces your whole being.
It’s just
fantastic… to be hugged.
And to
embrace in return…
When two
people submerge into each others arms,
holding the
embrace for the longest time,
There is an
exchange of this heavy breathing and comfortable sighs.
And you suddenly
don’t want to breathe anymore
and don’t
want to let go.
Don’t ever
pat someone when you hug…
That just
lets the energy disperse
instead of
gathering itself around you.
You must feel
a hug.
Don’t spatter
this moment of intense intimacy…
You will regret
it always.
Embracing
involves caressing…
It’s the
holding that matters.
Putting yours
palms against the persons’ body and trembling.
This must be
that special touch
that comes
from sharing special moments.
And then, very soon after the hug…
Comes the
yearning…
Wishing for
more.
You must not
confuse this feeling.
It’s a
feeling of leisure, not anxiety.
It’s a
growing sensibility…
A multiplying
explosion within,
that gives
you a sense of belonging.
If I could,
I would
invite everyone to have this experience often.
If I could,
I would urge
everybody to try it and learn.
If I could,
I would spend
my life teaching others to hug themselves.
Maybe, just
maybe…
If people
learned to hug..
They could
see each other in the eye
and make
peace instead of war.
And maybe,
just maybe...
We could all
be naked and see each other as we really are.
And with the
nearness of an embrace
We could let
go of all our insecurities and feel tied to life.
And embrace
with our eyes...
And caress
with our hands...
And all our senses
could come to life,
as they were
at the beginning of time...
And then,
And only then,
can we smell each others aromas...
And only then,
can we hear each others goals.
And only then,
can we talk in silence…
And in a
murmur know…
That maybe we
have become wise.
